2. What data we process
This website is informational and static. It has no contact forms, registration or e-commerce, it does not collect or store personal data from visitors directly, and it does not use any first-party analytics.
The only data that may be processed is that technically logged by the third-party services described in section 4 (for example, the IP address when loading external resources).
3. Purpose and legal basis
The purpose of the site is to disseminate the activity of the InnoTep group. The legal basis for loading third-party technical resources is the legitimate interest in the proper functioning and presentation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); for non-technical third-party cookies (the map), the user’s consent.
4. Third-party services
For its operation and presentation, this site loads resources from the following providers, which may receive the visitor’s IP address and, where applicable, set cookies:
- GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.): site hosting.
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.): web fonts.
- Font Awesome (Fonticons, Inc.): iconography.
- jsDelivr (CDN): interface library used in the filters.
- Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.): location map embedded in the footer. This service sets cookies and transfers data to Google when loaded.
These providers may carry out international data transfers. We recommend consulting their respective privacy policies.
5. Cookies
This site uses no first-party cookies. The Google Maps embed in the footer may set third-party cookies (Google’s) when the page loads. Users can configure their browser to block or delete cookies.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the contact email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) and contact the UPM Data Protection Unit (proteccion.datos@upm.es).
