Neuro-Rebuild (Neuro-responsive Urban Reconstruction for Inclusive and Sustainable Environments) is a European project under Horizon Europe, coordinated by UPM-ETSIST with Dr. Mario Vega-Barbas as Coordinator and Principal Investigator. It brings together a 10-partner consortium and has a budget of €3.35M.
The project addresses the sociotechnical design of inclusive and sustainable urban reconstruction processes, managing trust and uncertainty in high-impact settings. It runs from September 2026 to August 2029 (36 months).
